Thank you for purchasing our training programs at www.howtosell.in. We strive to provide valuable sales training content and excellent service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Digital Products (Online Training & Courses)
Since our training programs are digital in nature and delivered via WhatsApp, email, or live Zoom meetings, we do not offer returns once the content has been accessed or delivered.

2. Refund Policy

  • If you have not accessed or downloaded any portion of the training material, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be processed for technical issues (e.g., inability to access the course due to system errors on our end) if reported within 3 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be provided after the training session has been conducted or the digital material has been delivered.
  • All refund requests must be sent to info.howtosell@gmail.com with your order details and a valid reason for the request.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you have registered for a live Zoom training session but wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a reschedule. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

4. Exceptions

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the refund policy is being misused.
  • In case of disputes, our decision will be final.
